1. Data controller

2. Personal data we process

• Identity: first and last name.
• Contact: email address and phone number.
• Request details: company name, industry, plant location, your message, request topic and preferred contact channel.
• Security data: the time of the request and an irreversible hash of your IP address. The IP address itself is not stored.

3. Purposes

• Responding to your request and contacting you.
• Planning and carrying out site audits, demos or quotations.
• Preventing misuse of the form (spam, automated submissions) and ensuring information security.

4. Collection method and legal grounds

Your data is collected electronically when you fill in the contact form on our website. Processing relies on Article 5/2-c of the KVKK (directly related to establishing a contract) and Article 5/2-f (our legitimate interest in responding to your request and keeping the service secure). Where explicit consent is required, we rely on the consent you give in the form.

5. Transfers

Your data is never sold or shared for marketing. The servers of the technical providers hosting our website and database may be located abroad; such transfers are made in line with Article 9 of the KVKK. Data may be shared with authorised public bodies where required by law.

6. Retention

Request details are kept for at most 2 years after your request is closed, then deleted or anonymised. IP address hashes are deleted automatically within 1 day.

7. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)

• Learn whether your data is processed and request information about it.
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly.
• Know the third parties to whom your data is transferred in Türkiye or abroad.
• Request correction if your data is incomplete or inaccurate.
• Request deletion or destruction under Article 7.
• Request that corrections and deletions be notified to third parties.
• Object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis.
• Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

9. Cookies

Our website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. A temporary, session-only entry may be kept in your browser to help fill in the form; it is removed when you close the tab.
